Inspection Photos Before Shipment

Inspection review of enclosure details including hinge gasket grounding and internal components

Prototype review before dispatch

Prototype orders can receive inspection photos before shipment so your team can review key enclosure and assembly details before the sample leaves our factory.

Inspection photos support engineering review, drawing confirmation and risk reduction. They do not replace project-specific testing, certification or field acceptance requirements.

Photo workflow

Inspection photo package by review stage

Instead of repeating a generic checklist, request the photo types that match the project risk: overall condition, critical features, assembly details, dimensions and packing.

Overall enclosure photos

Front, side, rear and door-open views help confirm the enclosure body, door orientation, mounting plate presence, finish condition and general build configuration.

Critical feature photos

Close-ups cover cutouts, fan or louver openings, hinge and lock areas, gasket route, gland plates, grounding studs and other features marked as critical on the drawing.

Assembly photos

For component-ready or pre-wired work, photos can show DIN rail, terminal blocks, wire duct, grounding bar, labels, cable glands and customer-approved BOM items before packing.

Dimension photos

When requested, photos can show caliper or tape checks for key dimensions, hole spacing, mounting plate locations, cutout size and other buyer-marked inspection points.

Packing photos

Before dispatch, packing photos can document protective wrapping, carton or crate condition, labels, accessory bags and export packaging layout.

Compliance notes

Square Box provides custom enclosure fabrication, component mounting and customer-BOM assembly support. Final electrical listing, field acceptance and project compliance depend on the complete design, selected components, testing and certification requirements.

Inspection photos before shipment help confirm visible manufacturing details. Final project acceptance depends on the complete design, selected components, testing and certification requirements.
