Pre-Wired Terminal Box Assemblies

Pre-wired terminal box with organized terminal blocks wire ducts and labeled low-voltage wiring

Component-ready terminal boxes with enclosure fabrication, DIN rail, wire duct, terminal blocks, grounding and customer-approved low-voltage assembly support.

Standard product series built from your drawings

This series is designed to move DIN rail layout, terminal block mounting, wire duct routing, grounding preparation, labeling and low-voltage pre-wiring from the job site to a controlled factory process.

Square Box standardizes the enclosure platform, model naming, material choices and RFQ checklist so U.S. buyers can start from a clear series and still customize dimensions, cutouts, mounting details, finish and assembly scope.

Customer-approved BOM assembly

Typical BOM items and engineering notes

These items are installed only when they are shown in the drawing package, approved BOM or customer specification.

DIN rail

Cut to length and mounted according to drawing position, spacing, component layout and screwdriver clearance.

Terminal blocks

Installed by terminal schedule, grouped by inputs, outputs, power, PE/ground or customer-defined circuits.

Grounding bar

Mounted with bonding hardware, door bonding jumper and PE identification when specified.

Wire duct

Routed to separate signal, power and field I/O wiring where required by customer drawing.

Labels / wire markers

Applied according to customer label list; readable IDs can be supplied by customer or generated from terminal schedule.

Cable glands

Installed on gland plate or enclosure bottom according to cable entry layout.

Low-voltage wiring

Routed and ferruled according to customer-approved wiring diagram and BOM.

RFQ checklist

  • 3D CAD and 2D PDF drawings
  • Selected standard model or target size
  • Material, thickness and finish target
  • Cutouts, gland plate, fan, louver, gasket, lock and hinge notes
  • Mounting plate, DIN rail, wire duct or BOM assembly scope
  • Quantity, prototype or batch intent
  • Inspection photo requirements
  • Shipping destination and delivery target

Compliance notes

Built for NEMA-style and IP-rated applications. Final rating depends on design, materials and testing requirements.

Square Box provides custom enclosure fabrication, component mounting and customer-BOM assembly support. Final electrical listing, field acceptance and project compliance depend on the complete design, selected components, testing and certification requirements.

No product certification, listing or country-of-origin claim should be assumed unless project-specific documentation exists.
