Yes. STEP, STP, SLDPRT, SLDASM, DXF, DWG, PDF, ZIP, RAR and product photos can be uploaded with the RFQ form.

Do you claim product certifications?

Accepted Answer

No product certification claim should be made unless project-specific certificates exist. Use the compliance wording on this site until certificates and testing are confirmed.

Can you support low MOQ work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site is positioned for prototype-to-small-batch production and repeat OEM cabinet programs.

Can you arrange DDP delivery to the United States?

Accepted Answer

DDP delivery options can be quoted. Import duties and tariff treatment depend on HTS classification, country of origin, material and product configuration. Final tariff confirmation should be reviewed by the importer’s customs broker.

What is covered by the free remake policy?

Accepted Answer

If a sample does not match the approved drawing or confirmed specification due to our manufacturing issue, Square Box remakes it free. Design changes, incorrect customer drawings, new requirements after approval, customs delays and courier delays are not covered.
